Vinile was born from two of my greatest passions: music and wine.

Producing wine and writing songs have in fact great similarities ...
Both refer to emotions, experiences and dreams, and the need to share it sincerely.

This wine is a "mix" of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon aged in steel tanks and partly in French oak Tonneaux 5 hl.

Alcohol: 14% vol.
Exposure: South-West - 270 mt s.l.m
Soil: marl clay mixed
Age of vines: 20 years
Training system: Spurred cordon
Grape harvest: Manual
Yield per hectare: 45
Fermentation: cement tanks of 95 hl at a controlled temperature (24 °)
Aging: cabernet sauvignon steel, sangiovese 12 months oak Tonneaux
Winemaker: Beppe Rigoli




Vinyl 2012 is deep with vegetable scents in evidence for a mouth of considerable density and heating power .

Tasting Notes & Comments

Color: Dark garnet and violet core, with garnet/violet edges.
Nose: Deep and dark black fruit here, with some integrating toast and good earthiness.

Palate: Full and coating, with silky weight. Fine tannin with still good acidity. Great cherry tobacco and toast into the deep black fruit finish. -
