Personal Notes
Tasted at the Estate while staying the night, during my visit to Strada del Vino Terre di Arezzo in May of 2012, courtesy of Sally Fischer PR.

Tasting Notes & Comments

Color: Little darker ruby here, light ruby edges.
Nose: Slightly closed nose, with rounder red fruit, more black cherry as well and wet earth.

Palate: Medium full, round mouth, great acid, Bing cherry and black cherry fruit with fresh anise. Nice dry fine tannin, and almost a chalk minerality. Good. - 11/07/2012
